The Carry On gang send up the 1963 Elizabeth Taylor/Richard Burton epic in one of the finest of the series, famously recycling the studio sets built for that somewhat more costly production. Kenneth Williams as Caesar gained his rightful place in British comedy immortality uttering the classic line "Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!"
